Error code 101_107_1

Discus and support Error code 101_107_1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am getting error code 101_107_1 when attempting to open Microsoft Mahjong also.     I am getting error code 101_107_1 when attempting to open Microsoft Mahjong also. Is anyone monitoring these messages so the problem can be fixed or are we just complaining to "thin air"?

    Error code 101_107_1

    I dunno about answers or monitoring. I just started getting the same thing, and cannot follow the instruction that says:

    5. Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar and go to Settings

    or at least nothing happens when I try. Is there a special spot on the right-hand side? I'm assuming they mean the side of the window, not of the whole screen, but neither one works.

    Advice to have a look in Mahjong FAQ for the error code 101_107_1 is quite useless.

    Hi,

    To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps below:

    Method 1. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter from this link  to fix update errors.

    Method 2. Make sure that your Firewall or anti-virus is not blocking the app. To check your firewall settings, you can refer to this link: Turn
    Windows Firewall on or off    . 

    Method 3. Clear Windows Store cache. 

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin). 
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
