Error code 101_107_1

The FAQ is not helpful with instructions referring to Windows 8.1 functions. I have no way to check for optional updates in Windows 10 and "App Updates" aren't available in Settings. Uninstalling and reinstalling Mahjong after wsreset.exe did not resolve
the problem as I could not "In the App Updates menu, press both Check for Updates AND Sync Licenses". I did not find this error code in the forums either. I need assistance in getting the app to work.
