Error Code 1 ? When trying to play a new game

Message says:

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

Refresh the page

The error code is 1, in case you need it.

No amount of refreshing or rebooting helps. Any ideas?

Disconnected when trying to update games

Hey Big, I responded to your other post, but as this one has the error code listed, I'm going to respond again. That particular error code indicates a memory issue when trying to update. Can you please take a look at the suggestions listed on

this official troubleshooter for your error code?

 

error code 0x80073cfe when trying to play new installed games????

Afternoon all

I keep getting the above error code when trying to play newly installed games.

old games already installed on the xbox and hard drive work fine but once anew game is installed I just get this message all the time and game won't play?

Any help?

Same problem, I used to be able to play Fallout 4 on my
Xbox One S, but I Quick Saved the game in a really weird spot, and the game froze, so I did the obvious thing, I turned off the console, turned it back on, and POOF, I couldn't play
Fallout 4, because every time I selected "LAUNCH GAME" or "PLAY GAME" or "START GAME" it would turn my screen Navy Blue, so I took it a step further, I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it, took forever.

And it still wont work, now when I press play or any other type of activation button, it will bring me to the app store and will say...
"OOPS... SOMTHING HAPPENED ON OUR END, WAITING A BIT MIGHT HELP, THE ERROR CODE IS 1 INCASE YOU NEED IT."

(Like **** Error Code One Will Help Me, when it doesn't even exist as an error code). I need help Please, The only other games I have to play are Halo 5 Guardians, and... Minecraft with 4 Add-Ons... PLEASE HELP!!!
