Error code 0xd0000186

I am have a problem, screen locks up while gathering information on just about everything. Error code keeps popping up 0xd0000187..........what can we do. Thank you for listening I will be eagerly waiting your reply,,a very good

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

It mostly occurs while I'm trying to find something in Microsoft Edge,lots of the time in checking my email. I can read it but if Itry to respond it just freeze's up, & in a game when it happens I have to shut down,

We suggest a reset of the console since the problem
might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
