    I am allowed to play a video for some minutes but when I least expected it stopped playing, it could be within 10,12,15 minutes since I started playing the video (always a random time).The message that appears says "can't play" and below the code 0xc00d36cb". Could someone tell me how to solve this? Thanks.

    Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
    loading screen when you power it back up.
