Thank you for the reply. May I know if you're getting this error code in Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 computer? Also, have you tried launching your games from the Xbox app?

Try to follow these instructions:

1) Select the Start->Settings->Time&Language. Under Date and time make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on;

2) If not work, select the Start->Settings->Accounts, find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select "Remove". Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

If not work, you can run the
Microsoft Store app troubleshooter and check if that will fix the problem.

so does Xbox or Microsoft fix this or do you just junk the system and buy the competition. I had this problem awhile ago but don't remember what I did to fix it. Starts to get frustrating when you go to forums and there is no solution. I have emailed the
error code to Microsoft and have yet to receive anything back. Tried the virtual assistant and that wouldn't load. Amazing I could load this site. Very discouraging.
