Error code 0xB7E00005

I keep getting this error code whenever i try to download any game, at first i thought it was just a service issue and after a few days i realised it wasnt so i reset my router and restarted my xbox (the soft one that removes accounts and settings) but everytime
i attempt to download a game purchased or from the game pass i get the same error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the forums and posting the troubleshooting you have done. If you are still getting the error after a soft factory reset. We recommend a

full factory reset where you remove everything. We don't like to recommend this, but sometimes it is necessary.

On the Home screen, move right and select My games & apps.
Select Queue and highlight the game you're trying to download.
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Cancel.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
Select Settings.
Select Restart console.
Select Yes to confirm.
Note If you're unable to access the guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again
to restart.

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

I forgot to add this link, the error codes are given for a reason, you may find it handy if you get error codes although not every error code gives a possible solution.

Same error code 0x800488fc, got an error code for the error code.

What can i do???
