    When i look up the code it doesn’t show up on the support website and also all these games are online other games tell me service outages happen but it doesn’t appear that that’s the case i think my xbox is broken could someone help me out

    Ive got the same issue, i dont dont believe the xbox's are broken but rather an issue of the Microsoft side. There servers might be down or something along those lines. I can launcj disc games perfectly fine, but its its downloaded ones i have issues with.
    Same error code, but i dont think you should worry about your xbox being broken.

    PS. Ive restarted my xbox 10 times now, and theres still the issue. Dont worry about doing that.

    Update, theres a DNS outage, xbox live might be affected by this.
