    I am having the same issue as you. Error code 0x97af000b keeps coming up on a black screen. Did you ever find a solution?

    error code 0x87c40011

    I was told everyone with this problem should start there own thread so here's mine. I can't open or achieve new achievements. I've tried the solid background trick with no luck. I get the error code 0x87c40011 but the xbox support page does not recognize
    the error code. I have another sign-in on my xbox that does not seem to be affected, he's able to view his achievements. I've unplugged the power source for several minutes and also reset the router several times. My xbox.com page won't show achievements either
    but will show friends and messages.
