    blu-ray player error code

    i recently bought an xbox1 slim,whenever i put in a blu ray disc i get the following error code:

    ' 0x91d7000a ."Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input"0x91d7000a '

    i tried a reboot as suggested by xbox support and another hdmi input.neither worked

    despite the error the blu-ray proceeds to play after the message dissappears,it just annoys me that the message appears everytime .'

    I have been dealing with the same issue all week. My system is playing games but not dvd or blu ray. I have tried everything to fix the issue and even sat online with tech support for two hours and still nothing is fixed.

    Just I bought my first Blu-ray, batman dark Knight, but I'm unable to play it with my xbox one for that error!

    Have you tried some fixes? You can always go to this website to look up error code:
    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

    For this particular issue the steps to follow are:

    eject the disc and restart the Xbox One console

    Eject the Blu-Ray Disc from the console.

    From Xbox Home, make sure to highlight the Blu-Ray tile, and then press the Menu button.

    Select Quit. If Quit is not a choice, the app is already closed.

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    After the console has started, reinsert the Blu-Ray Disc.

    You can try that and see if it helps.
