    I've seen this problem reported quite a few times but have yet to see an answer that actually solves it. Even the official support page -

    http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/errors/error-code-0x91d7000a     doesn't work for me.

    So, I thought I'd put this out there again to see if anyone has a new/better/one that actually works solution.

    Blu-rays/DVDs have been playing fine until today when I get the

    0x91d7000a

    Disc Stopped. Make sure that your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your console into a different TV input.



    error. I've rebooted the console, left the power out for ages before rebooting, changed the HDMI cable, made sure all the apps had properly quit etc. etc. but nothing. Still the same error and it's pretty annoying.



    Any proper help?

    Blu Rays and DVDs won't play - Error 0x80070006

    My Xbox One has also stopped playing Blu Ray and DVDs discs. I get the same error code.

    probleme with HDCP (err 0x91D7000A)

    Hello,

    My XBox One X can't read any Blu Ray, I've got a HDCP error (error code 0x91D7000A).

    My TV support HDCP 2.2, and it works fine with my PS4 Pro.

    I tried to switch HDMI port and cable, uninstall the blu ray application, reboot the XBox... no effect.

    any idea ?

    I had the same problem for the last few days. Up until now, it has been working ok; however, recently I got the error "Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input.
    0x91d7000a."

    This error was first caused when I had the Xbox One turned off with a Blu ray inside. I ejected the disc and inserted another one. Since then, any blu ray I inserted displayed this error message. Any time I would insert a DVD, it would say that it cannot
    read the disc and to insert another disc.

    I tried several things to resolve the issue (turn off/on Xbox, unplug HDMI, try other HDMI port, uninstall/reinstall blu ray program); however, nothing seemed to work.

    Solution: After trying several things, I finally got it to work! :)

    Try the following steps:

    Take out disc from disc drive.

    Turn off Xbox and wait a few seconds to completely shut down.

    Take out power cable (from back of Xbox) wait a few seconds and insert it again.

    Take out HDMI cable (from back of xbox) wait a few seconds and insert it again.

    Turn on Xbox (do not sign into gamer profile).

    Insert a GAME disc and start the game. Game was able to play ok. Exit out of game.

    Insert a DVD. DVD played ok with blu ray program.

    Insert a Blu ray. Blu ray played ok.

    Since following these steps, the problem was resolved and I was able to play my blu rays and DVD's again.

    Each Xbox One console is manufactured for a specific Blu-ray and DVD region, following international standards. The Xbox One console can play Blu-ray discs and DVDs that are sold in the same region as the console.

    Some Blu-ray discs and DVDs are not region-encoded or are coded to all regions. Region-free Blu-ray discs and DVDs will play on any Xbox One console.
