Error Code 0x903f9006 GAMES WONT START

I've searched up this code already and found other people asking the same thing, but all there is are replies from moderators saying to check this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status for
help as it apparently identify's the issue.. It does not identify the issue at all, it literally says "all games are operating normally" when literally hundreds of people cant start games! So do you even know what the real problem is or what in gods name is
going on over there?

Service Alert
for:

TV, Music, and Video

We are aware that some members may be having problems playing purchased content. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
There was a service alert for Xbox Live Core Services that was recently restored. We recommend to try
the following article: How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
(Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable) and test your network connection.

If the issue persists, we are currently are working to fully restore the Xbox Live Core Services.

We recommend to Sign up for the notify me option on the website for communication on the resolution.

I dont know whats taking them so long to get the servers back up. You think they would be able to figure it out by now. Its been over 4 hours and its frustrating when you pay for a service that is not working especially when its with a billion dollar company.
At least provide an explanation or another update every so often. Get it together Xbox live, that playstation is starting to look better!
