    Hi SallyGEe1,

    Sorry you having issues launching your games. However, when I search that error code nothing pops up.It could mean the code was added to searchable codes yet. I recommend restarting your Xbox by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. Then
    try to launch the game. If that doesn't work you can try removing then readd your profile to your Xbox. How to add or remove
    a Microsoft account on Xbox One     .
    This is usually what I have to do when I come across this myself. It generally works for me. Also make sure there are no scratches on the disc or dust/debris. This could cause an issue like you describe.

    maybe you could try and clean the disc. I had the same problem and it helped for me.
