    Error code 0x90010108 driving my son insane


    My son keeps getting an error code of 0x90010108. I am unable to find out what this error code means so I can fix the problem. The error code message won't even allow us to close out or enter home page.

    If u can assist, please do before my son become psychotic.

    I'm getting the same thing! Played on bluray movie and now I cannot do anything.

    I got it too. I was watching a video in the Amazon app and when it was over, I couldn't go back to the dashboard. I had to power off the system twice before it came back on.

    A hard reset usually fixes that. Press and hold the power button to force it to turn off, pull it out from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
