    I looked this up for a good hour and couldn't find anything about it on the Error Code section. I have never seen this error code before. I would very much appreciate the help with this issue. Please and thank you

    hello,

    I don't know if you got help with this issue or not, but I do think this is a network issue if you reset your modem and then power cycle your Xbox one or restart your Xbox 360 this issue should be resolved if it hasn't already

    When we try to search for the error code: 0x8B10000B 0x00000000 0x00000204, It doesn't appear to be a error code. And whenever I try to connect my internet it quickly sends me back to the error screen. I'm not sure if my xbox is broken or it can be fixed.

    when i check network connection it confirms that something is wrong with the servers and not with my internet, but the server status on your website say they're fine...
