    I got this error code while trying to update.

    I looked up this code after already doing a soft factory reset.

    Couldn't find the code and dont know what to do.

    Was able to resolve this through the support chat line. If you have the same issue, follow these steps to resolve it:

    1) Remove your profile

    2) Power off your system and unplug it for 2 minutes

    3) Power back on and Re-add your profile

    4) Try running your game. It might say it needs an update. If so then update it.

    Should be good at that point.
