Error Code 0x8b050066 (won't install 360 game offline)

Ok I bought Skate 3 last night and tried to install and play it this morning. As soon as it attempts to install I get a pop up message saying there was an error and to try again and if the problem continues go to the website and enter the code...which I
did and 0 results pop up under that code. I've did full shutdowns and set my time and date settings to today's date. I also have atleast 3 other 360 titles that I have installed and have played them offline without an issue. I had to get online to install
the 1st 360 game I bought. I don't have internet and I play offline and only connect online to update my xbox or achievements, at a friends. But like I said, I've installed and played the other 2 360 games offline with no problems. What's going on here ? Do
I need a new update or something ? Will I have to be online everytime I install another 360 game after this ? Last 360 game I installed was Saints Row 4 enhanced for Xbox One with the Gat Outta Hell add on. The game itself installed but the add on stopped
and I've never finished it. Maybe that installation needs to finish or be canceled to install this newer 360 game I bought ? Somebody please enlighten me on this !!!

Error code 0x8b050066. Trying to download Red Dead Redemption 2. Won't install. Haven't been connected internet in 6 months and other games download fine. Help!

I went offline, restarted xbox

atempts to install a game while being offline ended with error 0x8b050066 (as I as offline it was quite obvious there is a problem to connect to xbox life). at the same time I inserted lego star wars and it was ok

I went online again and restarted xbox. it results with the very same error code 0x80190193

When the console is offline, the game won't download automatically, but i can see it on my home screen, so i click on it and then i get error 0x8b050066, so i think it may be a problem with the disc.
