Error code 0x8B05000f when updating xbox

I have an Xbox one and just moved overseas from the United States. I haven’t had my Xbox for about 3 months and the system says that I need to update it to the most current OS system. The update will download but it will only get around 50% through the verifying
step when a message that reads “there was a problem with the update” and an error code that reads 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90080007. I have read many different forums on many different sites and found that many other Xbox users are having the same problem but
Microsoft has yet to say anything. Please help.
