    Hello, I've tried to install the latest update and keep getting the following error code at around 90% completion.

    According to the error code screen the build is 14393.2066.amd64fre.rs1_xbox_rel_1610.160914-1900

    Is anyone able to help me with this error?

    I also have this exact same issue. I contacted customer support and they said I have to send my xbox in for repairs. Ugh.......... It would work in offline mode, however when I tried to factory rest the console, I can not play at all now as I still cant
    install the update. So don't try that method to fix it.

    I, too, JUST started getting this error code. It's frustrating that the code doesn't exist in the searchable database. My console isn't under warranty anymore and I can't afford to have it repaired because I have bills this weekend. It's so freaking crazy.
