    Hi,

    When I turn my xbox on it asks to update the console. I then update however, it stops half way through and then says there is a problem with the update. I have tried restarting/resetting however, this has not helped.

    Please advise

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    I have the same problem. Cant use my console online!! Imposible to comunicate to anyone from microsoft. All my television is watched via my xbox. Not good.
