Error Code 0x89235106

On my windows 10 pc I recently created a new account on Microsoft after my old one was asked and I could do nothing to recover it. When I remove the old account from the login on my Xbox app and Minecraft launcher, and then attempt to login, a pop up from Xbox saying "you aren't connected to the internet, try again" or something along the lines. I am connected to the internet and no other application has the same issue. Could someone help me? (Screenshots don't work)

I have a same problem here, Error code 0x89235106 shown when I want to download minecraft launcher on PC.

Hello, sorry for the really late reply.

I tried all 3 solutions and resetting and repairing hasn't fixed the issue and pasting in the commands sent only a access denied message.

Is there anything else I can do?

EDIT:Wait I uninstalled something went in files launched it and it worked , thankyou for helping

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair and reset the Gaming Services app, Microsoft Store app, and the Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair and reset button, do the same for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, try to login again, and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to log in and see if it works.

Solution 3:

Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

If this issue had happened after changing your router, you may need to ask your Internet service provider to verify the settings on your modem/router, or they may need to change the encryption method.
