Error Code 0x89234020

I have two friends that live in the same house. Whenever I try to join a party they are in, whether they are host or not, I’ll get disconnected from party chat and get this error code. I’m able to join parties fine when they aren’t in it. I don’t understand
why I can’t be in a party with them.

Also, both of our NAT types are open, so that’s not the problem...

For the past few days, only at one house, whenever I try to join one particular friend in a party this error code comes up and disconnects me from the party. We are also unable to play games together. I have tried everything, rebooting the router, port forwarding,
getting a wired connection to my Xbox, and nothing has worked. When I am at a different house, there are no problems. How do I fix this?

it won’t let me connect to parties even though I have the 7 ports opened up as well as a bat type of open. I have cleared persistent storage multiple times. Microsoft says it’s my internet provider but my internet provider says it’s microsoft, anyone else
having this error code?

 

Can anyone help me, or at least tell me what this code means because I’ve never seen anyone that had the same one.
