    I can't connect to xbl parties on the xbox app. It says your network settings block party chat. My NAT is open. I can start one by myself but if someone joins it tries to connect then gives me this error code. I can't find a solution for it and it's been
    like this for a month now. I have done all the steps on this page

    Nothing is working. I read that you need the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface for it to work but using the instructions on that page I deleted it and now I can't find a way to get it back. If anyone knows how please help.

    I cannot join anybodies party through the xbox app on windows 10. I get this Network error [0x89231806] and it says network settings block chat for some people at the top
