For the past week I've been having an issue while launching any game on my Xbox Series S, while trying to launch any game this error code occurs.

I've tried restarting the console and games itself many times but it didn't work, i've also tried unplugging the power cable and internet cable as well as launching the games while being connected through other Internet connection than usual and it's still the same. Another thing I've tried is logging off and on and also deleting the game and downloading it again. All this didn't help.

This problem appears on any game available on game pass (I haven't tried it on other since I only play game pass titles), but it doesn't happen while cusing cloud gaming.

If you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue please let me know, it would be much appreciated.

Hi I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I’ve tried resetting the Xbox, making sure all of the add one are installed… it’s a Xbox one s, it’s just doing it when I try too start the game up. Everything’s installed. I’ve tried everything I could find online I don’t know what else to do. I literally just got this thing and the previous owner said they had no issues running a game. Everything is up to date as I can see.

My suggestion is to make a "Factory Reset".

it will refresh your system and delete any corrupted files that are causing issues.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

You will have to sign in again.

• If you haven't already, would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Unplug all external storage units plugged into the console, and leave them like that.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Turn your console on and try launching the game again.

• If that doesn't work, would you mind performing a soft factory reset on your console? By "Soft" I mean that none of your games will be uninstalled, but accounts and local save data will be removed from the console. This would help refresh your system and clear any temporary files that may be causing this. To do so:

- Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.
- Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (for each account) to sign in again.

* Note: Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and the Xbox Network, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.
