    Just got the Xbox Game pass on PC and every time I try to download a game it errors and gives me this code, and the code finder didn't bring anything up, any suggestions on how to fix this or what it means

    Mine error looks different to that and doesn't happen when downloading.

    Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x87E10BD0

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Windows Store. Kindly check this link to troubleshoot the issue:

    "Method 1: Recreate the AUInstallAgent folder.

    a. Press Windows key + R to open the Run Dialog.

    b. Type %windir% and press Enter. You should now be in the Windows folder.

    c. Look for a folder called AUInstallAgent. If it is missing in the Windows folder, then right click on an empty space and click on new folder.

    d. Rename the folder as AUInstallAgent.

    e. Restart the Computer and check if you are able to install apps.

    If the AUInstallAgent folder is already available in the above-mentioned location, then continue with these steps.

    Method 2: Reset Windows Store Cache.

    Follow these steps to do so.

    a. On the desktop, press Windows key + R to open the Run Dialog.

    b. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

    Method 3: Try to install the apps in Clean Boot.

    To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Here is the link for your reference to perform clean boot.

    Note: Please go through the section: How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot of the KB article to boot the computer in normal startup after fixing the issue.
