    Hey all, i requested a chat with someone from microsoft but i got lagged out.

    well i put the error code in the search bar and nothing was found.

    also before this was happening i was downloading the left4dead2 maps into my xbone1. well i waited for them to install so i went to watch Netflix. when they finished downloading i tried starting
    l4d2 again and it just brought me back to the home screen. i tried again and again and no luck. so i tried a different game and no luck as well. i tried once more and it said to sign in with the profile who owns the game. so i downloaded my account
    again. no luck.

    no luck no luck.

    has anyone else had this error?

    i can still use Netflix but i cant play none of my digital copies i
    PURCHASED AND OWN    .

    Really it's just a dumb issue that pops up. I had to log of and back on my account after reseting my xbox to get it to work.

    I saw on earlier post that it might help if you go offline for a moment, then start up the game and after having started the game you can go online again. hopefully this works for you as well.
