    Hello I have been facing a weird problem when I tried to load a game it said 0x87e107e2 I tried finding support no luck the way to resolve this is to spam game it might not work but it did for me. If you have had this please alert me enjoy

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    • Press and hold your console's power button, until it shuts down.

    • Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

    • Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

    If that doesn't work, please answer the following questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    • Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

    • Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to launch other games/apps?

    • Were you getting 0x87e107e2 even before doing the factory reset?
