    Error code 0x87e107df "Something went wrong"


    Tried playing on my Xbox One after not playing for a month or two and none of my games will load, I even tried opening the Youtube app just to make sure it wasn't only my games not working. Every time I try opening it starts to launch and then immediately
    either sends me the message

    "Something went wrong. Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x87e107df at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You may find help for your task here on Xbox. From Home, press the menu button on your controller, then
    choose help."

    The error code is not on the website and when I try pressing help through the Xbox even the help page doesn't load and I get this message again (ironically).

    TL;DR: Can't launch anything at all on Xbox, even the suggested help function. Error code 0x87e107df

    Sorry to hear. You still have the options to take the console to a Microsoft store as stated above to see if they are able to perform the offline update for you. You can also check out your out of warranty options for repair here :

    I would like more information about the problem you are having.

    I too sent my x-box in for repair and had problems at first. But for a better understanding, you need screenshots or at least a description of the problem so you can get help.
