    Hey Microsoft can you fix this error code please! You are getting loyal customers such as myself frustrated that I can't play the games I purchased and downloaded and that is not a good thing for business. I expect to be reimbursed for my troubles as this
    should not happen with "such a great company".

    Xbox Live is down in " Purchase and Content Usage on Xbox One" so you need to wait to be fixed and try again later.

    Affected services: Browsing the Xbox Games Store,Downloading items that you have already purchased.

    Latest update: We are seeing indications that we are on the path to recovery with the issue causing problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content and we expect to be back up and running shortly.

    You can see here when comes to normality : Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage or in xbox one through network options.

    Hey brinjust got the same message did you have any luck? I mean we are paying for xbox live but still charge us for something we cant play? It honestly makes no sense i think everybody affected need to get a free month or something for free or even half
    off our next purches

    Same problem but with Ark Survival Evolved it gives me the error code 0x87e105dc but its only with that game. Has anyone found a solution?
