I'm going to make this as clear as I possibly can to avoid redoing steps. While trying to download dead rising 4 the download will always stop at exactly 31.46 gigs and 75% completion. I have power cycled my xbox, power drained, hard reset, factory reset,
reset with games and apps, all while my xbox is plugged into the wall directly. There is no external hard drive, my download speed is 50 mb/s and I have waisted 7 hours trying just to play this game and I am desperate. Someone anyone please help

Need assistance x box one s

when downloading from store, game freezes with store code error 0x87E000F. Other downloads as well, same error. Have wiped out xbox one s, started from scratch. Have rebooted and restarted. Nothing works! No updates showing, when they do, I attempt
update only to get above code. Have gotten code 0x80270300 and 0x80070057. Will download from game disk, but any store games start and eventually freeze.

Same issue here though mine stops at 30.63 gigs (73%) and have also tried everything listed...the only solutions I've seen for this issue (that seems to only work for some) involve having a physical copy and every other post I've seen with this issue generally
goes unanswered, sadly.

I guess I should just be glad I decided to go for the trial before I bought the game.

I know it's ridiculous and I can't figure out if it's a capcom issue or an Xbox issue but it's frustrating and all I want to do is play :/

Thanks for posting this up, these details help a lot. For now I mostly want to collect some additional information. Reading through this it sounds like you own the game digitally. If that's the case, have you tried installing directly through the Xbox Store
page instead of your 'Ready to install' list? Additionally, are you installing on an external HDD or internally on the Xbox One console? Have you tried leaving the Xbox One to let the game install over night?

If you can, try installing with those different combination of steps and let us know how it all goes!

Delete the game that is in error, and install it again in that partition

Create an NTFS partition on the desired hard disk and try to install the game on it

If it still doesn't work, unfortunately your network has a restriction.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

thanks for your time. looks like the game has to go and that's the biggest issue

re installing the game means another 5 days of download time because the app gives very bad download speeds. while steam gives me around 6-7 mbps, the xbox app is giving me 500-600 kbps
