    Downloading Starfield, it got stuck at 77% with the error code detailed above. Tried restarting computer, same thing. Tried canceling download, same thing (at 77% same error code). Have 370Gb left on SSD. Windows 10.

    I am having the same issue trying to download Forza Motorsport.

    I have tried SFC /scannow, repairing xbox app, reinstalling xbox app, ran all the windows updates. Still getting this error code.

    Or it could be a problem like mine where I have two different store accounts linked to my Companion and for some VERY ODD reason, it likes to try and switch over to the one that DOESN’T have gamepass purchased giving me the error and sending me the notification “Your store account doesn’t match our records” or some such nonsense and then I have to confirm, for the 400th time, the store account that has my Gamepass purchased and redownload.

    Funny how this only happens with Starfield.

    I fixed it. What worked was disabling IPV6, restarting gamepass, then downloading again. I then re-enabled IPV6.
