Error code 0x87e00005 when trying to install any digital game on my xbox one S

I have started getting an error when trying to download any games onto my Xbox one console. I purchased the assassins creed chronicles trilogy pack and all 3 games in the pack start to download get 0% completed and then all 3 installs fail. I thought perhaps
it was just these games somehow got corrupted as we had a power outage and the games might have been downloading while the console was in standby mode so I attempted one of the games with gold for this month, that game also fails to install it gets to 0% and
gives the above error code.

I have plenty of space on my Xbox hard drive and just to make sure I uninstalled 2 games however the issue is still happening. I was able to download an update for the Microsoft store so I know it is working for some things.

I have tried resetting my console and keeping my games installed and that has not fixed the issue either however other slow issues were fixed by doing this I am still not able to install these games.

I don't really want to reset my entire console and wipe everything as there are over 1tb of games to re-download. I also can't see if I will lose any of my games with gold if I do this.

Looking for some kind of help on this, please.
