Error code 0x87e00005 when trying to install AC:Origins on my xbox one S

I bought the digital Gold edition of Assassin's Creed: Origins from the xbox store.

I tried download the game 10 times; first times the download arrived to 3% complete and keep arrested, the last time download arrived to 29% (i can play it) and keep arrested.

The DLC don't have this problem if i download it when Origins not is in the same waiting list.

I tried download other games (AC:Odyssey) and first times give me the same problem but it solved automatically.

Before write you here i tried to:

- change internet connection

- restar router

- delete and restar game's download

-change storage

- total xbox restart

- a lot of check about my connection (all services are avaiable)

- try download other DLC and games to see if the problem is only for the games

- clear the cache of xbox

- change DNS from mine to Google DNS (this solved problem with DLC's download)

I've no idea what i'm going to do.

Can you help me?

Im on Xbox one s, when i go in the xbox market appear this error on the games i want to install “0x87e00005”( they are games in the game pass)

I have similar issues but with different games. I have tried ALL of the recommended troubleshooting steps, reset my Xbox 4 times but still have this error. At first I was getting Installation Errors with games included with Game Pass. I went through the
guides and finally resorted to a full factory reset of the Xbox.

On setup of my Xbox again, I downloaded my content again and the Game Pass content has worked. I then downloaded Fortnite and went to play and got the Took Too Long To Load error. I tried the 'recommended' troubleshooting steps for this and still no joy.
When I got to the unistall/reinstall game I now get the Installation Stopped error.

May be a coincidence but I had no issues until I upgraded to the Game Pass Ultimate subscription (from Xbox Gold Live). Since I have done this I have nothing but issues. There are even issues on my PC with trying to download from the Store. This resulted
in me carrying out a Clean Boot of that too.

I have had sessions with support from MS and Xbox and still no answers. It's poor service from their side. Hope it works out for you.

Hi Marrion, thank you for your response. I have tried all you suggestions and try to install a game, however it did not download and instead i got a 0x87e00005 error code

It is an xbox one
happens on multiple games no matter what the title
error code (0x87e00005) comes up with "we had to stop installing. if youre still connected, try installing later, when your netowrk might be faster"

i have a 100mb line. Something tells me it is not the internet.

Metal gear gets to 62% then does the same
