Problem solved for me, back to the hunt!!!

 

This is not ok I love the xbox-one and MS but the Digital rights management practices they use are out dated and way to invasive. I was in the middle of playing the game and it froze on me and I have not been able to play the best game for any of the next
gen consoles for over seven hours this is ridiculous. As this would never had happened if Sony was running the show. This horror is entirely Microsoft's fault and they should own up to this.

 

Game is fixed, can't install the new DLCs. Oh well, at least can play.

I was one of the unfortunate few to uninstall the game while trying to fix the problem. If it still isn't letting you install, it might be worth a shot to actually cancel the installation and start it again manually from The Witcher's store page instead
of just hitting try again when the install error happens. That seemed to get the installation going for me.

Having same problem here. Issue started yesterday afternoon. Uninstalled the game, now I can't even reinstall. This is the next morning by the way. Heard issue was fixed, not on my end. :-( any suggestions?

I did the same thing and out worked for me as well. Game is finally redownloading.

 

It's still broke could get game to load try 5 times kick me back to dashboard. How do I get refund?

 

Looks like it has been fixed, mine is installing right now but it wasn't working about an hour ago when I got home.
