Error Code 0x87de2726 for Batman Arkham Knight

Still locked out Of a game I bought two days ago well done Xbox ^^ and of course no solution from the support at the moment, told me they had to wait on the company headquarters for a proper response

 

Getting the same issue here, I also bought the game in black friday sales and I had been playing the game for a couples of days but now error code 0x87de2726 when lunching the game. Any idea how long is going to take to fix it?

Please Microsoft fix it ASAP.

 

i bought batman for the release ive played for a while and now its doesnt work already spoken with someone off the ms trouble shoot chat and they send me here to post here

 

I'd suggest that anyone who bought it over the Black Friday sale request a refund. If Microsoft or RockSteady were more forthcoming on what has happened and when it would be resolved, I'd wait, but I've requested a refund and the support rep is processing
it now with no problems.

 

I'm also getting this error but, If you set the Xbox to offline mode, it works fine.

Also, with the Xbox online, I managed to load the game if I hit "A" button to many times after launching the game.

I hope this gets fixed soon, nobody likes owning a game and having to do workarounds to be able to play it.

 

How has this not been fixed yet? Unreal.

Looks like it's been fixed, it's working for me again, hope it is for everyone else also.

 

So it looks like the base game has been fixed but for those of us who purchased the premium edition we're locked out of the season pass content. There are 26 items underneath the manage section of downloads under game management, but under the store section
there are 27 downloads available. It's the actual season pass token that's currently missing for premium edition owners. When you try to access the season pass directly, it kicks you back to the manage section and now it's just stuck in a loop and repeat process
over and over.

 

Got the game on the black Friday sale, same issue. Was playing a few hours ago now I'm locked out.

 

It has NOT been fixed. Sometimes the game starts, and sometimes it fails with this error.

I guess it's amateur week at XBL. They can't seem to get their act together.

 

To be fair, it now appears to be fixed. Last 2 days it has behaved the way it always should, the way all downloaded games have behaved for me on the 360 for nearly a decade. The tarnish on XBL is a shame, but hopefully it will be polished out in the years
to come with the enduring dependability I became accustomed to last generation.
