Error Code 0x87de2726 for Batman Arkham Knight

I bought the digital version on the last day of XBMP Black Friday sale (3 Days ago) and played it a few times. Now it will not launch at all without giving error 0x87de2726

So I hope the pubs/devs, or MS. Whichever is at fault, fixes this quick. Otherwise, like the PC. Batman Arkham Knight, is a console brick!

 

Same problem, I'm really wanting to play the November DLC's; because I've bought and downloaded both the digital version of the game, and the Season Pass, but I can't even load anything!!!!!!!

Just called support. I had this issue today, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but now the game won't install. I purchased this game on the black Friday sales for 49.99. It seems the problem is that the basic version of the game has been removed
from the Xbox store resulting in it not being playable without the purchase of the deluxe edition. Support said it could take a few days to fix or a refund may be necessary

If anyone else is having this issue let me know. I'm never buying digital games again.

 

I bought the digital premium edition back in June. When the NXBOE was released to preview members, I started to have this issue. That was what.... two months ago? Then this started: I visit the games store on my Xbox One, it doesn't recognize that I
already bought the premium edition, but will give me the option to redownload the standard edition. Of course it won't let the install go through. Now, it doesn't even give me the option to download the regular edition. It just says launch game which does
nothing when I choose it. This kind of *** me off considering I bought a $100 game that I haven't been able to play for months.

Refunds are not the way they'll deal with this. They'd have to give back a lot of money, and face a lot of angry buyers who want the benefit of their bargain. I'm sure they'll correct their mistake. XBL has never intentionally pulled the rug out from
under our feet like this--not in the 8+ years I've had Gold. Don't worry; they'll fix it. In the meantime, play OFFLINE. See my previous post, if you don't know how.

And the suggested answers are all unacceptable. This problem has to be fixed server-side.

 

I am getting the same error code when trying to open the digital o=copy I purchased a couple of days ago.

 

My season pass content now shows as locked but when I go to manage, it says it's already installed. Game is pretty *** right now and definitely not going to redownload this massive digital purchase. I digitally purchased the premium version of the game as
a preorder and now it's pretty much useless until it gets acknowledged and fixed.

 

I have this issue, contact MS customer service, they told me unistall an reinstall, I try it but now the game doesn't appear for download.

Only appear the premiun edition and I bought the standar edition.

Can someone of MS tell me whats going on?

 

Ditto. About 80% done, and trying to finish this! Definitely second guessing digital purchases in the future

 

After installing latest released dlc content I played the game fine on Wednesday. I then received this same error yesterday until now when trying to launch the game again.

Research has indicated this has something to do with the title being removed from the xbox store, so holding thumbs they should have this resolved within a day or two at most.

 

Ftr I pre ordered the premium edition and played the game for many hours until the issue yesterday, so new buyers do not despair this is a xbox issue that will likely be sorted out very soon.

 

Looks like no one at Microsoft is reading these forums. No reply from them..

 

This is definitely a sever side issue. I purchase the Digital Premium Edition on June 17TH. I tried uninstalling as recommended in another thread. It does not show in my Ready to Install section, so I checked the store and it is only showing a purchase
option for me. I checked my Microsoft Account payment history and it shows this:

All my other games purchases have the game title in bold above the version and delivery type, but Batman does not. This leads me to believe the issue is with Microsoft's digital tracking of purchases on their servers.

Microsoft please get on this and fix it please...

 

Never--ever--uninstall a game as the first step in troubleshooting. This should be the very last step, if no other resolution can be found.

Once again: the game works fine if the console is offline. If you delete it, you can't redownload it (yet). So don't do that!
