Error Code 0x87de2726 for Batman Arkham Knight

Boy is this a bad thing for digital ownership. It's been several hours now. It's like the game disappeared from the Store and our consoles. Guess I should go back to buying physical media again or get a PS4. Ugh.

i bought batman arkham knight in disc,and the instalation stops at 30%. it says,installation stopped. and a code error 0x87e00064. please help.

Note! do not uninstall with the plan of reinstalling. Before I tried this, I thankfully read a few reviews for this issue back when it was a problem with the Witcher 3 and people were mentioning that the uninstall did not allow them to reinstall the game...
it will end up wasting time. Just gonna have to wait until they fix it.

 

It actually started for me last night, well over 12 hours ago. I fell victim to the uninstall but now I can't reinstall group. Would be nice to have an update as to what is going.

Black Friday sale. Can't launch the game as long as the console is online (error 0x87de2726 every time.) The workaround for me is to take the console offline (under Settings->All Settings->Network).

My guess is that something got messed up with online authorizations on BF purchases when the BF sale went away. I haven't tried launching TW3--I bought that long ago, for full price.

I just took my console offline, and Batman AK works fine that way still. Tried to do it online just before--nope, still broken, as it was last night.

Edit: Actually, it isn't all BF-sale items either. I also bought Borderlands THC in the sale, and that works fine. OK, then, maybe it's just the games that were added to the sale for the weekend only?

 

Guys i just managed to load the game, i dunno maybe its just luck. I was pressing A button multiple times and then game has been loaded xD

 

I'm just glad it isn't only my issue. No way am I deleting and reinstalling this 40GB game just to go down some canned troubleshooting script. The problem is out there, not in here. (Game works fine offline.) Have at it, networking gurus.

 

To reiterate the workaround, TAKE THE CONSOLE OFFLINE (under Settings->All Settings->Network). The game works fine offline. Hopefully, they'll fix their online issues soon.

 

I don't think it's limited to black Friday purchasers as I've had AK preloaded prior to release. I also see friends currently playing the game so I don't think it's everybody.

 

I'm getting the same message when I try to launch the game. It's unfortunate that a game which has been out so long continues to encounter errors like this. Please resolve this issue quickly and consider compensating gamers for downtime with a product
they paid for.

 

This is a problem with the DRM/Licensing service. Switch to Offline mode/disconnect from Xbox Live, your game will play fine.

 

Problem is I tried an uninstall now I can't reinstall it. BS.

 

I tried reinstalling the game now i cant install it anymore.
