Hi all I've got a problem that I've had for some time but is getting worse i noticed that one day my game killer instinct classic had a message on it saying installation stopped. Every time i click try again it stops downloading at 99% and comes up with
this message. " went wrong Please try again. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x87de2720 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. Try installing again, Cancel" so i go to the website type the code in and it sais "There are no results for
"0x87de2720"." also just got Netflix I've had it for less than a week and I've got the same thing happening to it know, just wondering if any has had these problems or if there's a way to fix it or should i cancel Netflix. Cheers

Try a cold restart - hold your finger on the console power button for 5 seconds or so... Allow it to go through the reboot cycle and try the download again.... Worked for me! Hope it works for you.

Hi HilariousCoot,

Please try performing hard restart which also clears the cache. This can be done by holding the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen

Errors in the 87dexxxx all seem to relate to game licenses or content downloading from the store. This support, Error code 0x87de2720 may assist
you.

Check your download queue for a paused update to a game or app from MS store.

If it's a disc based game make sure the disc in in the drive when you try to start game.

I had the same problem.. go to settings, then go to power and startup and change it to energy saving, then just restart the Xbox. not sure why it works but it does.
