    According to Microsoft then the only resolution is to delete the account and re-add it? I don't want to go through the process again if they are working on a solution to actually correct the issue on their end.

    As for blaming microsoft, my problems with them are not specific to this issue and pre-date the hacks. Though I do agree with most of what was said up there ^.

    It's still not working for my son. Seems like a pretty rubbish Christmas present so far - highly unimpressed that Microsoft don't think there is a problem.

    I'm not able to do anything. Live won't allow me to sign in, and when it does 10 minutes later my sign in state changes. I can't stream my hulu or my crunchy roll shows, or play KI or TitanFall. I can't even watch movies, so I literally can not use my $400
    dollar xbox one at all. And it has been like that since christmas

    Problems are all solved. As someone else posted, I deleted my Live account and then added it back again. It kept my gamer name & all so only took a few minutes. Now when I go to load a game it just says to insert the disk (checks to make sure you own the
    game) and play begins. The games are now Saving with Checkpoints and when exiting they ask if I want to Save and Quit or Save & Continue. Starting back up it starts where I last left off. Hope this helps others...it was a VERY frustrating first 2-3 days
    because of the hackers plus it is my first experience with Xbox so didn't clearly understand how things were supposed to work in the first place.
