Error code 0x87de2714

Ok everyone on here let's start a revolution and burn it to the ground lol

 

I thought I had it for a second. The loading screen for ACU came up... showed the Ubisoft logo... music... then the error code again.

This is crap. I don't get to play that often. I guess now isn't one of those times, either.

Great job, MS. If you would just be straight with us, I'd feel better about all this. I wonder what TrU's return policy is? I think I got this within the last month?

 

and its gone again the clicking moyltiple times to start only works for a short period just so people know

I managed to get further and get the game loaded by keep pressing the A button like the other guy said this was for *** unity

Same problem. I sign in just fine..but when I try to play my dig copy of Minecraft it says to sign in or to check my connection. And GTA V kicks me off after so long and throws the same error code as Minecraft. I am in Michigan, USA.

 

Same here, those over payed techs gotta get off there ***.

 

I had Similar Messages as listed above, (very frustrating) however, I was finally able to get through onto FIFA 15 via Xbox Live. First, I went offline, (Settings-Network-Go Offline), then tried to start my downloaded game from the xbox home screen, I was
prompted with the error message advising me to check my live connection, so I clicked go online and then check connection, which ultimately said the connection was good and then I restarted the game and it worked.

error 0x87de2714 still an issue. No digital games, no Amazon Prime instant! No Status updates available. What's wrong with MS?

 

Odd... so I played a bit of pinball. While it was still running, I went into my homescreen and tried ACU. It seems to be working. Could be coincidence.

 

Same error. 0x87de2714 Network is connected, my gamertag is showing and signed in. I've signed in and out of my gamertag, but got the same result when I tried playing again..

 

Same as the above. My brothers Xbox is working fine on the same IP and my sons is fine too. I have had the above error code and a 0x87dd001a. I also am now unable to run a speed test or network test as its insisting I am not connected. I will try the fix
Darkpredator suggested but would like to reiterate what IGN Og said. Its absolutely shocking how bad this new console is for bugs and poor layout but even worse the lack of service and support out there. The customer service chat is down requiring me to ring
an 0800 number that will cost me considerable currency before we've even got through the ridiculous role play of "Have you tried turning it on and off...?" etc.

Microsoft; Please do something about this and stop mugging us off.

 

I am getting the same problem. When I test my network connection and multiplayer connection, everything reports no problems. On the home screen everything similarly shows no problems. I can see my friend list and what they are doing and even join party
chat to talk with friends. However, if I try to load any games or other services, such as Netflix, I receive these error codes and a message claiming I am not connected to XBox Live. I've had this since the 12/25 cyber-attacks.

My wife is sitting on a separate 2nd XBox One right next to me playing everything just fine. She has not had these problems and has been fine since 12/26. Similarly, speed and ping test all show my internet to be working at above expected performance levels.
(i.e., I pay for 50mbps but I receiving 60mbps)

I've tried the following to troubleshoot this:

1. Resetting the cable modem and router multiple times. There was no improvements.
   
2. Unplugging my XBox and waiting a few minutes before plugging it back in. There were no improvement.
   
3. Deleting my profile on my XBox One and recreating it. There were no improvements.
   
4. Switching between Wi-fi and hardline connections. There were no improvements.
   
5. Uninstalling and reinstalling games. Temporary improvements. Able to play for about 30 minutes before being disconnected and receiving the error code again.
   
6. Switching between iPv6 and iPv4 network protocols. There were no improvements.
   

So how is it that
downdetector.com/.../xbox-live and Microsoft’s own network information reflect everything to be up and running, yet there are this many people on these forums still reporting the same issues and error codes related to core services being down? How can
my wife be okay, but I can't access anything? Getting frustrating considering my 4 day vacation is already over half over... (as is the case for most people here I'm sure)

 

I have just spent an hour in chat with microsoft and have finally sorted the issue. The thing to do is sign out of your xbox, delete the account and then re-add the account. Worked for me.
