    Solved mine, the system update is now available for me and both games with gold games now work fine, had to do it manually though so settings-system-update console for those who don't know how

    I have the same problem also... but mine problem states i dont have gold membership which i have as i bought it today !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The games are in all of your accounts now! its was because the update was not officially out yet. If you already tried installing it and it didn't work they should be ready to play as soon as you guys get on.

    Everyone with the pre update got to play them though

    I am also getting this error downloading the same games. I have tried deleting the games and powering the Xbox One completely off and trying to re-download.Error code doesnt find any results 0x87de07dc

    Now that the June OS update is available after installing it the game install completed and things are working fine.
