Same issue. At least this definitely means its a problem with games for gold. They should be able to fix the problem much faster, I wish they'd address it though...

 

From what I have read those that have this error may need to check and verify that the region on the console is set truthfully.

 

I just checked that as well as changed to the wrong region and nothing helped ( I changed the time zone didn't see a region option)

 

I'm getting the same thing. At first I thought it was just me until I looked at the forums.

 

@xboxsupport2 on twitter say they have the proper teams looking at it so hopefully they will sort it soon.

 

I looked up the code on Bing, my region is correct and both games will play.

 

I am also getting the same error. NONE of the possible troubleshooting steps are working. This has to be on Microsoft's end. I was excited about games with gold coming to Xbox one, now I'm just really annoyed.....

They have the issue here with the status, still looking at it

 

Region is correct on mine and both games give the error. Also, tried the uninstall, clear cache by holding power button for 10 seconds, unplugging for a bit, and then log back on and try again. No luck.

 

I'm having same problem with Halo & Max game also.

 

I am also seeing this error code on install. My console OS is up to date.

Check your system for an update. Go to Settings - System and update. I had one and once I did that and the system rebooted they successfully installed.

 

Now that the June OS update is available after installing it the game install completed and things are working fine.
