Same. Tried deleting and the dl'ing again but 100% -> !. I click and it gives me this error and the option to try again. Same with the Max game.

 

I wasn't expecting there to be this many people with the problem. Wonder what it is. Getting it for both games.

 

I am getting this too as part of the free download for both halo Spartan and max. Poor show. Any ideas on a fix timescale?

Same exact thing here. Must be new, since they don't have any results when you search it at xbox.com/errorhelp Enjoy the free games, if and when they become available for us to download without errors.

Same here with both games.

 

I've tried deleting and reinstalling and from a different internet source (hot spot on my phone) also left xbox unplugged for a bit and nothing has worked.

 

As of right now there is no known fix. Just spoke with Xbox customer support. They have put in a ticket for the issue to be resolved. Give it a few hours, uninstall game, clear cache on the xbox one by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds,
unplug the console from the outlet it is plugged into until the light on the power brick has turned off power back on, log back in. Go to my Games and Apps go over to the right under Ready to Install and attempt to download again.
