    So yesterday (1/13/15) i bought a game off the Xbox one marketplace i have been downloading it since. it finally finished about 1 hour ago. i go to play the game and it says that i don't own the game. the only help it gives me is go online, put the
    disk in, or sign into the account that downloaded the game. why cant i play my game????

    Is there a chance the game was purchased on a different account on your Xbox One console? I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page
    so they are able to look into your purchase history and verify all of that information.
