Error code 0x87de07d1 on The Witcher 3 digital copy

I pre downloaded the game before it even came out and was able to play it fine since release. Then about 2 days ago it won't let me play it. Usually were it Says "play game" it's saying I have to pay again for it even though I did already. I tried resetting
my console, but nothing is working. Any suggestion?

mine started downloading when I left for work this morning. will update this evening if I'm able to play or not

I checked the error code page, and it says that this error is usually caused when:

• The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.
  
• The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.
  
• The game disc is not in the console. [Downloaded game]

Can you confirm that the two points above are not causing you the problem?

 

That's not the problem. I bought it on and on the account I paid for it on and I'm connected to Xbox live too.
