Error code "0x87DD000F

I've been having this issue for 2 hours. My internet connection is working and I still have my xbox live membership and still i can't sign in or see my friends list or play online games. I already did a hard reset and I've turned my router off and on and
still giving me the same error message. Also when I go to the Network screen it says "Service info is unavailable" despite having the NAT Type: Open. Please help.

Im sorry Im not replying with a solution. I get the same error code though and its been going on awhile. Usually on the third try it lets me connect. Please keep me informed if you figure out anything about this.

Sorry to hear about connection issue. Usually that error code refers to a service outage in your area. Are you still having this issue? If so, let's start with a power cycle to clear the system cache. To power cycle, follow these steps below!

• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.

i just got my xbox one this morning, and i have been having nonstop issues. i first had the 0x87DD0006 error then i fixed to only get a 0x87DD000F error, it is now about 11pm and i have reset my wireless router about 4 times now and have reset my xbox about
10 times, doing power cycles. I am still not able to sign with my microsoft account. Please someone help.

I have been trying since around 12 noon to get logged in. Same error messages you have been receiving. I also have tried everything that has been suggested without any luck. It makes no sense that I can login to the internet, but I can't login on my new
xbox one. Very frustrating day and what a waste of one day of xbox live.

Xbox has messed up everyone's Christmas I think they owe us a decent game. Not one of the crap arcade games a real game

I got the same but on mine it says I have. High packet loss aswell
