    I am having this same issue and cannot find a single solution on this forum thus far. Le sigh. Same error code and everything. I also cannot access my achievements.

    Same here, Cant sign in. tried a hard reboot, tried turning off the power for several mins on both, xbox one and router. nothing, just the DD0006

    Okay, got this on XBOX live service status:

    "Hi Xbox members, are you experiencing issues when trying to sign in to Xbox Live? We're on it! Our team is investigating the issue right now and we will get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. Thanks for being patient while we work. We'll update
    you again in 30 minutes."

    Same here. Just look how many times this happened since day one and they still dont know how to fix it. Worst console ever and way over priced!!!!

    Same. Really pissing me off. Pay £430 for a console plus £££'s for extras and games and I can't even play it on my night off!! We better getting reimbursed for this!!!!!!

    I'm getting this as well. It says to sign in with controller, and then it gives this error. I can't even sign in on the xbox.com site. It's soo frustrating since I have a very limited time I can play. If it weren't for halo, I would've migrated back to Sony
    by now. Count your blessings Microsoft..

    got the same code and problems. ive done all the troubleshooting and i am able to sign in to my offline account and my games and apps work (i even get netflix) but my account will not sign in and i cannot play any games online

    I could understand if it was the first time but its happened over 20 times since releasing this crappy xbox

    Disgusting that this is happening and that they dont even care!!!!

    Definitely should get some compensation we she'll out a lot of £££ to get their new console which is the "ultimate all round game console" and for a majority of the time it's broke
