    I was told everyone with this problem should start there own thread so here's mine. I can't open or achieve new achievements. I've tried the solid background trick with no luck. I get the error code 0x87c40011 but the xbox support page does not recognize
    the error code. I have another sign-in on my xbox that does not seem to be affected, he's able to view his achievements. I've unplugged the power source for several minutes and also reset the router several times. My xbox.com page won't show achievements either
    but will show friends and messages.

    Does the Xbox give you an error code?

    Should look something like this ---> 0x87c40011 BUT DIFFERENT

    I've been having this issue all day and its driving me crazy. I also cannot compare games or go to the leaderboard I get errors 0x87c4000d and 0x87c4000f
