    Error Code 0x87c40011


    Hey, so basically, I turned on my Xbox One console a few minutes ago and I can't do anything. Nothing at all is loading, not the dashboard, pins, achievements, store, nothing.

    Can anyone else relate to this issue?

    xbox1 error message.

    Does the Xbox give you an error code?

    Should look something like this ---> 0x87c40011 BUT DIFFERENT

    Error Code 0x87c40011

    That code relates to the console being unable to connect to the Internet.

    Try rebooting your modem and router by unplugging it/them for 30 seconds.

    Then plug them back in.

    While you are doing that, press and hold the Xbox logo on the console until it turns off and the power brick light goes orange.

    When your modem and router have reconnected and are working, turn on your console again.

    Just got this same error code 0x87c40011 as-well. Saw the xbox live service alert maybe that could be something to do with it?

    Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.
