    Error Code: 0x87c40011 Achievement App Won't Open Xbox One


    Not only with my achievement app not open, I am unable to view my achievements through the xbox.com website on my profile. I can look at friends achievements but if I try to "compare" mine then I get an error message.



    Troubleshoot I've tried: Power cycling the xbox, resetting the internet connection, re-downloading my profile, changing my background picture from an achievement picture to a blank color. I've earned several achievements since this started about 6
    hours ago and none have popped up.



    The websites error message for this says:

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    Xbox One Achievements app: error code 0x87c40011

    I'm having the same issue. I get the error code 0x87c4000d when I try to compare achievements with friends and I get the error code 0x87c40011 when I try to open the achievement app ( which won't open ). It's definitely got nothing to do with Halo MCC as
    I don't have it

    I am also having this problem. It started this morning when I woke up. The achievement app won't open and no achievements are unlocking. Also they won't load when opening the smart glass app. This is super frustrating. I believe it's the same error code
    everyone else is getting which is 0x87c40011

    Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.
